Thank you for offering to be a volunteer at St. Malachy School!  Whether you are helping in the lunchroom, supporting a classroom party, or chaperoning a field trip, we appreciate your help!

To promote the safety of all students and staff, all school volunteers must be up to date on the Safe Environment training. You can access the course here: https://peoria.cmgconnect.org/.  This training module will also prompt you for consent for a background check.  There is a small fee for the background check; you can either pay this or have the Diocese pay it. 

Once you have completed your Safe Environment training, please send a copy of your certificate to the school office (schooloffice@stmalgeneseo.org) via e-mail or backpack mail.

All training and forms must be turned in prior to volunteering.
