Student Accident Insurance

From the CDOP Office of Catholic Schools:

We would like to introduce you to the Diocese of Peoria Blanket Student and Athletic Accident Insurance Plan. Starting with the 2019-2020 year, all students are insured under a Diocesan program that covers all school sponsored and supervised activities. The program is secondary or excess to all primary health insurance plans and is designed to cover copays and deductibles. A full description of coverage is available in the brochure below.
