Dear St. Malachy School Parents,

This letter is to inform you that a letter of exclusion from the asbestos inspection program management is on file in the principal’s office at St. Malachy School for parents to view. A copy of this exclusion is also on file in the US EPA Regional Office Chicago, Illinois.

Our exclusion was granted because according to the Federal Rules and Regulations section 763.99, our school/church building was newly constructed after October 12, 1988 and no asbestos products were used in the construction of our building.
