Bishop Jenky directed that all the Parishes in our Dioceses to establish, re-establish or renew their Parish Councils.  At. St. Malachy's, our Parish Advisory Board has been working on the re-establishment of our Parish Council with up-to-date Constitutionand By-Laws.
